My wife and I have been a Journey fan for years. We finally took our 14-year old to a show. He was amazed! The band put on a great show and we were amazed by Arnel's range and performance. We hope that they come back to town soon.

As for the sound guy.........Well, I thought it was just me getting old. But it was way too loud and somewhat distorted. Definitely needs some tweaking!

Night Ranger did a great job opening the show for you.

A night to remember

We had a blast! In spite of some sound issues, the band delivered big time to the amazement of those who didn't know what to expect of the new Journey frontman. Arnel, you had them eating out of your hand 3 songs into the show. We were so pumped up just trying to keep up with the pace of the music. Neal, Jon, Ross and Deen were giving it their all and the power behind Arnel's voice is just unbelievably good from where we were. Take care guys and know that you are making a lot of people happy by continuing your music legacy. Looking forward to your next album.

Baltimore Show

The guys were spot-on as usaul.....all did a great job, and what a show......

Unfotunately, the sound-guy didn't know what he was doing....

The sound was so loud and distorted, that people were leaving, for fear of losing their hearing....

The screaming voices overshadowed the guys playing....abosolutely horrible sound engineering.

If you guys read this....(Neal, Arnel) fire the sound company before they ruin the rest of the tour.

WOW, what a fantastic show last night at the Arena, I am sixty years old and have never seen my favorite band Journey in concert.until yesterday...and it was the experience of a lifetime,,, they were absolutely great, the show made me laugh and cry I remembered precious thoughts from my lifetime just listening to them. They brought back my growing years as a person, then and now they give me reason to enjoy all that life gives.
Arnel, was the man of the hour, I always thought Perry's voice would be impossible to duplicate....well Arnel, not only duplicates it but he makes each song his own, he has a
gift from God and uses it for us all to enjoy. Neil, what a musician, the driving sound of Journey is something I will
remember always...I hope they come back to Baltimore soon, what great professionals they are, and they share their hearts with us. How lucky we are !

Journey kicked butt last night. I couldn't believe that Arnel could do better than when I saw them last year at Nissan Pavilion. I was glad that Deen got to sing, though I would have liked to hear Mother, Father. I was glad they did several from Revelation, but again, wish they could have done After All these years. I know these are personal preferences, and in NO way do they take away from the awesome show. I was wondering what was up during Jonathan's Harmonica solo, he kept looking over to the side of the stage......i wonder if he couldn't hear in his monitors, I heard the harmonica just fine.....
But Journey are pros through and through being able to work thru any glitches that came up. I also noticed that Arnel pulled his ear monitor out toward the end of the show

Sorry for rambling, I am still very tired, but it was worth the 90 minute drive in rush hour traffic and the nightmare getting out of the parking garage at the end of the night.

Oh, and Night ranger was surprisingly good. I was not expecting much, but they impressed me and reminded me of songs I had forgotten they had done.

Arnel you were sooooooo AMAZING last night , THE BEST!
I was so impressed with your voice , you were hitting all those high notes with ease , I couldn't help but SMILE , SHOUT AND ROCK with you guys the whole night . The sound in my area was just so perfect last night. You really do have such a beautiful voice Arnel.

It was one of best nights of my life !!!!!

I was supposed to attend a party last night for my cousin , organized by her friends before her wedding , at least thats what I thought , I didn't realized up until we were near the arena that she just made it all up (party will be tonight as it turned out ) to surprise me for a journey concert , yeah!!!!!! I was not prepared for it , I only had my heels and the loudest shout I could bear for the night , haha!

Neal you were so great last night ,as always. I love you Neal ! The lady beside me had a huge crush on Jonathan Cain and couldn't contain herself with all of Cains solos , she was fun . Deen was so great on KOR , he beats those drums like it owes him a million bucks , lol! and Ross , he is such a dear!

JOURNEY , you really are the best!!!!
Every song performed last night was just perfect couldn't ask for more.

Night Ranger was great last night too.
