Journey

Yesterday I caught my 9 yr old daughter and my 8 yr old nephew looking at my Journey Manilla DVD and singing DSB at the top of there lungs in her bedroom. My kids know that they are not to touch any of my DVDs or CDs that have anything to do with Journey, because I don't want them damaged.
(We all know that kids can sometimes be destructive even when there not trying to be.) She knows that she is not suppose to touch them unless I'm listening with her, But she told me that she is just crazy about Arnel and wanted to see him. When she told me that I couldn't even be mad at her any more. I just took my DVD and shook my head and laughed.
This is the second time she has stolen my DVD and was caught playing it in her room with the door closed singing at the top her lungs.
I really hope that the guys will tour again soon, because I can't wait for my kids to go to there first concert. Which will definitely be a Journey Concert.

INFINITY

Just heard the whole first side of the Infinity Album on my way to work. My favorite radio station played the whole side to celebrate the 32nd anniversay of its release. Haven't heard it in a while and it stills sounds great. Steve Perry and Gregg Rolie just sound GREAT and Neal he is just AWESOME. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the greatest singer ever STEVE PERRY. I still LOVE HIM,always will.

To all my SP diehards who come to this site to diss Journey

I to use to feel the same way that you all do. I felt Journey was done. I thought that no one could ever replace Steve. I even stopped listening to them altogether. But then I realized I was wrong and I also realized that Steve was not the only one who wrote the great music they have given us. Neal and Jonathan also have credit on most of those songs as well as other members of the band (past and present). Also there giving new memories to a whole new generation of kids. Our kids. Just like they did in the 70's and 80's with me and I'm glad there still around. My daughter is 8 yrs old and she loves both new and old Journey. Steve and the other members have moved on. I realized that I'm not just a diehard Steve Perry fan I'm a diehard Journey fan. ALWAYS HAVE BEEN, ALWAYS WILL BE, but it doesn't mean that I have turned my back on Steve. I will always remember the first time I heard Don't Stop Believin and that wonderful voice of Mr.Perry.

Amazing DVD!!!

Finally got the chance to watch my Journey Manilla DVD and it was AWESOME!!!. Makes me hate even more that I missed them Live this year. Arnel was making me tried just watching him. I wish I had that much energy. LOVE IT
